Welcome to Infinite Bliss Healing. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our offerings—whether in person, online, or through our social media channels—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Information

Infinite Bliss Healing provides holistic wellness services including, but not limited to:

  • Reiki Energy Healing

  • Sound Healing (7-Chakra and Elemental Sound Baths)

  • Crystal Healing

  • Aromatherapy

  • Herbal Tea & Eye Compresses

  • Tarot and Oracle Readings

  • Ceremonial Cacao Rituals

All services are designed to support energetic balance, relaxation, and personal well-being.

2. Nature of Services

Our services are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • Holistic healing works in harmony with, but does not replace medical or psychological care.

  • Clients should continue all prescribed medical treatments and consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

  • Infinite Bliss Healing and its practitioners make no medical claims.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and wellness information on your intake forms.

  • Disclose any relevant physical, mental, or emotional conditions that may affect your session.

  • Arrive on time and in a calm, respectful manner.

  • Inform the practitioner of any discomfort during a session.

  • Understand that results vary by individual and are based on your personal energy and openness to the process.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive full credit or rescheduling options.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

  • Group or event bookings may require a deposit and 30-day cancellation notice.

Please see your booking confirmation email for specific cancellation and reschedule instructions through Acuity Scheduling.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any Infinite Bliss Healing session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in holistic practices.

  • You release Infinite Bliss Healing, its owner (Jami Thorne), and any affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation.

  • You accept full responsibility for your own well-being during and after the session.

6. Confidentiality

All client information and session details are kept strictly confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and never share personal details without your written consent.

7. Group Events & Ceremonies

For group events (e.g., Sound Baths, Cacao Ceremonies):

  • Hosts must ensure an appropriate, peaceful environment for participants.

  • Participants are advised to avoid alcohol or heavy meals before ceremonies.

  • Herbal tea alternatives to Cacao can be provided upon advance notice of allergies or preferences (minimum 30 days prior for event bookings).

  • Participation is voluntary and intended for personal growth and mindfulness.

8. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have written parental or guardian consent before participating in any service.

9. Refunds

Refunds are not typically issued after services are rendered. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or at the discretion of Infinite Bliss Healing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, text, visuals, and materials provided by Infinite Bliss Healing—including website content, course materials, and social posts—are protected by copyright.
Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer for Online & Social Media Content

All social media posts, videos, and shared content by Infinite Bliss Healing are for informational and inspirational purposes only.
They do not constitute medical advice, professional counseling, or guaranteed outcomes.
Viewers and followers are encouraged to listen to their bodies and seek professional care when needed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
By using this website or engaging in our services, you consent to these terms and to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts in North Carolina for any disputes.
